Each players MUST be registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center (Step 1.) and then the NCAA Basketball Certification System (BBCS) links provided below.

Step 1. Register with the NCAA Eligibility Center

You need to be certified by the NCAA Eligibility Center to compete at an NCAA Division I or II school. Create a Certification Account and we'll guide you through the process.

You need to create a Certification Account to make official visits to Divisions I and II schools or to sign a National Letter of Intent.

You will get a NCAA Registration Number that will be used for the NCAA Basketball Certification

All of the following individuals will need to create a BBCS profile:

  • Operators - anyone involved in operating or managing of an NCAA-certified event or league
  • Athletes - any athlete participating in an NCAA-certified event;
  • Coaches - anyone participating in coaching activities at an NCAA-certified event;
  • Team/Organization CEO or Primary Business Officer - the person of authority who will submit required financial documentation for an organization of teams;

WARNING:

Completing the USAB Gold License application DOES NOT allow you to access the BBCS. You must still Register separately in the BBCS.
